Changeovers are used in central gas supply systems with at least two cylinders (or cylinder bundles) to ensure a continuous gas supply even when cylinders are changed. Depending on the desired ease of operation and the specific requirements of the user, manual or automatic changeovers are used.
Manual changeovers enable a continuous gas supply by manually switching from one side of the ramp to the other via the main shut-off valves. The cylinder side in operation can be easily identified by the high pressure indicator of the pressure reducing valve. The manual change-over stations are suitable for all non-aggressive, technical gases. They are available for inlet pressures of 200 and 300 bar and are available in two versions depending on the desired flow rate.
