Pressure regulator for disposable gas cylinders (cartridges)

These pressure regulators were particularly developed for the application with (disposable) pressurized cans / cartridges. The pressurized cans find their application mainly in analytics and in measurement technique where pure and test gases in special mixtures and in small quantities are required. The pressure regulators are designed for a maximum filling pressure or the cartridges of 12 bar. The pressure regulation is effected through a diaphragm made of NBR.

According the field of application, these small pressure regulators are available in different versions. The version with one gauge (with indication of the pressure in the can) is suited for applications which require a precisely defined flow rate. The regulators are available in four different flow rate versions, i.e. for 0.25 l/min, 0.5 l/min, 1.5 l/min and 2.5 l/min. This flow rate results with fully opened pressure adjusting screw. The pressure adjusting screw serves also as a shut-off valve.

The version with two gauges is available alternatively with indication of the flow rate or with indication of the pressure. The version with indication of the flow rate (with flow gauge) is available in two variants, i.e. with regulation between 0 – 1,5 l/min oder 0 – 2,5 l/min. At the version with pressure indication, the working pressure can be adjusted between 0 – 1.5 bar.

The pressure regulators have a screw connector and are directly screwed on the pressurized cans (thread UNEF 7/16" x 1/28). The outlet can either be supplied with a nipple with retaining grooves for synthetic hoses with diameter from 2.5 to 6 mm or with a connection ¼“ x 20 mm for a locking ring screwing (e.g. Swagelok).
